The mixed dorm rooms come with bunk beds and can sleep up to 6 people per room. Bed arrangement is first come first serve basis. Stay In Tekapo Backpackers offers a shared kitchen and shared bathrooms. Please note that no towels are provided and there is no onsite parking for backpackers' guests, but there is a public parking area next to the motel.
Tekapo bus station is a 3-minute walk from the property.
You can rent bicycles to visit Lake Tekapo tourist spots and explore the city. Many activities are available, such as canoeing, horseback riding, and cycling.
